The profile of BUA Member University Representatives
Each BUA Member University is represented by a senior administrator — such as a Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Vice President for International Affairs, Director of Global Engagement, or Head of International Office or School, Faculty, Department, Research Center or Program Director. This key leader oversees the university’s global engagement, drives international strategy, manages cross-border academic collaboration, and represents the institution, center or project at the international events.

Membership Types

BRICS+ Universities Association offers two types of membership to recognize academic institutions and accommodate different levels of engagement and contribution
  • Honorary Membership

    BUA Honorary Membership is granted to universities that have made exceptional contributions to BRICS+ Higher Education through innovations, thought leadership, academic collaborations, and active participation in BUA-led initiatives. BUA Honorary Members enjoy special privileges and benefits.
  • Regular Membership

    BUA Regular Membership is free of charge and open to all institutions from around the world, that are interested in BRICS+ Higher Education. All BUA services are available to Regular Members.
