General Director of Eastern European Universities Association, is appointed as a CEO at BUA. He is an international leader, experienced professional, passionate traveller with 13 years of successful experience in Global Higher Education. He is responsible for the strategy and development of BUA as well as for the overall organisation management.

Ms Yulia Yakovelva
Global Marketing Director at Eastern European Universities Association is appointed as a Marketing Executive at BUA. She began her international career in Higher Education in 2013. Yulia is responsible for marketing activities of the association, event management and partnerships.

Ms Vera Matveevskaya
Customer Care Head at Eastern European Universities Association, appointed as a Customer Relations Executive at BUA. Vera takes care about BUA Member Universities and helps them get the most efficient experience within alliance.

Ms Whitney Wanjala
Whitney joined the team in 2024. She graduated from St.Paul's University, Nairobi, Kenya, where she studied Communications & Public Relations. She is responsible for press inquiries, media partner connections, and involved in other marketing activities.
