The Inauguration Ceremony of BRICS+ Universities Association
The Inauguration Сeremony of BUA took place on October 6, 2023 in St. Petersburg, Russia. Founding universities from Brazil, Russia, India, Argentina and Ethiopia presented the new university alliance to the general public. The opening ceremony took place in person at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University as part of the IUNC Eurasia 2023 conference (the 10th Annual International Higher Education Conference).
