- MOU Signing Ceremony — a dedicated session, where the summit's dialogue turns into commitment. Leaders from across the BRICS+ Universities will formally sign Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), laying the foundation for future collaboration. The signings will be documented with photo and video coverage, capturing the birth of new, transformative partnerships.
