BUA and AICTE Collaborate to Organize BRICS+ Universities Summit 2024
In an exciting development, the BRICS+ Universities Association (BUA) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) have joined hands to organize the inaugural annual BRICS+ Universities Summit 2024. The collaboration was confirmed during a business meeting held on June 4th, where representatives from both organizations discussed the details of the upcoming event.
Mr Bogdan Voronovskiy, CEO of BRICS+ Universities Association, and Dr. Neetu Bhagat, Deputy Director of the Skill Development Cell and International Cell at AICTE, represented the organizations during the online meeting, discussed the main event organizational issues and outlined a plan of actions for both sides.
The BUA Executive Board, along with the Founding Universities from India, also participated in the discussions and contributed to vital event management details. Special thanks to Prof (Dr) Indrajit Patel for his ideas, initiative and enthusiasm.
The BRICS+ Universities Summit 2024 is scheduled to take place from December 4th to 6th, 2024, at the premier AICTE Auditorium in New Delhi, India. AICTE is involved as a Hosting Partner of the event.
The BRICS+ Universities Summit aims to bring together universities from the BRICS+ nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates and Argentina) and other interested countries to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and academic partnerships. The event will provide a platform for universities to showcase their research, innovations, and educational initiatives as well as facilitate new academic collaborations in student and faculty exchanges, dual degrees, joint research and other areas.
