A promising university from the oil capital of Russia is searching for new partners all over the world.
Hello, everyone! I'm from Yugra state university that is situated in the North of Russia (Khanty-Mansiysk city). We provide all levels of education in different fields: engineering, economics, IT, humanities, natural sciences, sports, law. The University has a modern campus equipped with developed infrastructure providing comfortable conditions for studying and living both for students and staff. Our university is not internationalized much so we are interested in any kind of international cooperation: academic mobility, joint research, dual degrees, summer\winter schools, etc...We have a UNESCO Chair "Environmental dynamics and global climate change" and an international field station Mukhrino to conduct environmental research and monitoring. 126 international students from CIS countries, Zambia, Ghana, Egypt are studying here. All off them are supported 24/7 every day. They have a lot of educational and extracurricular opportunities and some social and financial benefits in case of good or excellent academic performance. For now we have 32 international partners from CIS Countries, China, Europe. We also have a preparatory department to learn Russian as foreign language to be prepared for study at russian taught programs. I would be glad to answer any questions from our potential partners.
