Organised visits to high schools and colleges
Recruiting seminar in schools and universities (school visits, high school tours) is a mini-exhibition in the form of a live face-to-face presentation for high school students (as well as their parents) or final year undergraduate students, who are interested in studying in Russian or CIS universities. You can recruit potential students for foundation programs, bachelor's degrees, or master's programs (if a tour includes visits to universities).
What does BUA school seminars look like?
Seminars are held at partner schools and universities in presentation format. Students and parents ask questions and receive the information they need after the presentations. In case of visiting a university, a meeting is also held with the head of the international department where options for cooperation between universities are discussed.
An Association employee provides additional consultation to interested students and prepares their documents them for admission to the chosen university after the seminar. Thus, the Association carries out “post-exhibition” work and converts leads into confirmed applications (only for BUA member universities).
As a rule, we visit 4-8 schools and 2-4 universities in one country. Usually we invite 3-5 universities to seminars in one country.

Seminars start from a university presentation. Students (and parents) will ask you questions after the presentation. We recommend the speaker to prepare to perform in front of a foreign audience and prepare answers to frequently asked questions.
